XVII International Perfumery and Cosmetics Exhibition

InterCHARM for the 17th time welcomes exhibitors and visitors to the show. InterCHARM 2010 will take place at Ñrocus-Expo, Moscow, from the 20th to the 23rd of October, 2010.

Sales of perfumery and cosmetics in Russia in 2009 have grown by 2-3% compared to 2008 and reached 9,9 billion USD. Analysts of IFC Metropol forecast further growth of consumer demand in 2010. InterCHARM as a largest trade show of Eastern and Central Europe opens its doors for all companies wishing to take advantage of one of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets of the world.

Today InterCHARM is a strong and highly recognizable brand in the range of beauty-industry events. The exhibition has started in 1994 with only 72 companies on the ground of merely 776 sq.m. and for 16 years evolved into the international show with more than 76 000 visitors per annum. At the crack of dawn of beauty-industry raise in Russia InterCHARM enabled impetuous development of perfumery and cosmetics sector by being the unique business fair that ensured direct access to the clients and partners together. As a result, Russian market of perfumery and cosmetics is now in world’s top ten most perspective markets of this sector.

The importance of face-to-face communication nowadays is vivid. InterCHARM is a fair ground for rapid high-quality search of new business partners. Strengthening of existing business relations and new clients search is priceless in measures of financial and time costs. The communication during the trade show enables immediate feedback that helps exhibitors to work out business-algorithms for future development and strengthening of their positions on the market. Today more than 60% of all industry transactions are closed during InterCHARM.

In 2009 InterCHARM gathered 760 exhibitors from 24 countries and the number of companies willing to participate in InterCHARM 2010 grew by 15 %. The range of brands presented on the show includes Academie Scientifiqe de Beaute, Anna Lotan, Janssen Cosmeeutical, Holy Land, Christina, Sothy’s, Reneve, Keune, Pevonia, Keenwell, Klapp Cosmetics, Paul Mittchel, LCN, Kosmoterros Professional, Akzent-direct, Alex Beauty Concept, Jessica, Planet Nails, Gehwol, Guam, Australian gold and others. In total more than 2500 brands were presented in 2009.

Saturated business program became a visit card of InterCHARM. Gurus and experts of all spheres of beauty industry (from cosmetologists to massage-masters) share their experience and know-how during multiple master-classes, seminars, competitions and demonstrations. The program traditionally includes such events as International Cosmetic Forum, Beauty salons Convention, Nail Service School, “Farma+Beauty” Professional Meeting, Russian Championship in Nail Modeling, International Make-Up Championship etc. Numerous seminars and master-classes are held on each exhibitor booth every day of the show.

The organizers managed to cover all the existing trends in beauty industry and harmoniously divided the exhibition into issue-related zones. The products and services will be demonstrated at the following sections:

    Turkish section will be the premier of InterCHARM 2010 in the zone of National sections. The organizers plan to contribute to the further development of Accessorize section, Farma+Beauty section and Russian manufacturers section that was opened last year. Cosmeceutics, Bio and organic cosmetics are among the most perspective trends for InterCHARM 2010.
